RUSSIA New completions of warehouse space in Q4 in the Moscow region reached 124,000 sqm – a 40 pct y-o-y decrease on the previous year, while vacancy rates have subsequently fallen to 0.65 pct, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.

EUROPE Goodman Group completed over 820,000 sqm of warehouse space across continental Europe in 2012 and leased over 850,000 sqm.
