POLAND Automotive components manufacturer Kongsberg Automotive has expanded its lease in the MLP Pruszków I logistics centre outside Warsaw by 2,400 sqm.

ROMANIA Romanian grocer Profi has leased additional 12,000 sqm of warehousing space in the LOG.IQ Ploieşti logistics centre where it is now leasing a total of over 27,000 sqm. At the same time, the tenant also renewed the previous 15,000 sqm deal.
CEE REGION In the last three months, warehouse developer CTP has signed a total of 180,000 sqm of new deals which were driven by the construction of new facilities and new clients entering the market, including such companies as HTC and Blika.
