Market interest in CEE data centres continues to surge

Currently dominated by London, Frankfurt and Amsterdam facilities, the European data centre industry is starting to blossom in the CEE region where more and more facilities of this kind is being developed, says CBRE in its latest report.

POLAND PointPark Properties (P3) has started work on a complete build-to-suit “fit-out” of its 11,130 sqm temperature-controlled warehouse at PointPark Mszczonów near Warsaw to allow its tenant, FM Logistic, to store and distribute fresh food. The general contractor is Japanese construction company, Kajima Poland.
