Prologis leases 387,000 sqm
CEE REGION In Q3 2014, Prologis CEE has leased out more than 387,000 sqm of space, a 57 pct y-o-y increase. New leases reached 178,000 sqm and lease renewals 173,000 sqm, with the remainder being short term agreements.

7R Logistic develops Sosnowiec project
POLAND Construction work on the new 7R Logistic project, Centrum Logistyczno-Biurowego Sosnowiec Milowice, has started. The project, which is being developed on ul. Baczyńskiego in Sosnowiec, has already signed its first tenant, 7R Solution.

Budapest industrial TLA halves in Q3
HUNGARY In Q3 2014, the modern industrial stock in the Budapest metropolitan area remained unchanged, standing at 1.8 mln sqm, while the total leasing activity (TLA) for the area reached 69,100 sqm, nearly a half of the level registered in the previous quarter, and a 3 pct y-o-y drop, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF).
