RSSPrime warehouse space in Moscow exceeds 10 mln sqm
RUSSIA Over the first nine months of the year, a total of 928,000 sqm of new warehouse space was completed, which brings the total volume of prime warehouse space in the Moscow market to 10.14 mln sqm, according to Colliers International.

UPS breaks ground for Polish hub
POLAND US-based parcel delivery giant UPS has laid cornerstone for its new logistics hub and distribution centre that are currently being built in Stryków near Łódź by Panattoni Europe. The 13,000 sqm facility is scheduled to open in the first half of 2015.

CEE REGION In Q3 2014, Prologis CEE has leased out more than 387,000 sqm of space, a 57 pct y-o-y increase. New leases reached 178,000 sqm and lease renewals 173,000 sqm, with the remainder being short term agreements.

Budapest industrial TLA halves in Q3
HUNGARY In Q3 2014, the modern industrial stock in the Budapest metropolitan area remained unchanged, standing at 1.8 mln sqm, while the total leasing activity (TLA) for the area reached 69,100 sqm, nearly a half of the level registered in the previous quarter, and a 3 pct y-o-y drop, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF).
