Bufab in Panattoni Park Gdańsk
POLAND Sweden-based trading company Bufab has leased 1,700 sqm of warehousing and 400 sqm of office space at Panattoni Park Gdańsk, the 42,000 sqm logistics park that is currently being extended in Gdańsk.
Prologis develops 31,000 sqm facility at Park Prague Airport
CZECH REPUBLIC Prologis has signed a lease agreement with the Czech personal protective equipment company Červa for a 31,190 sqm build-to-suit (BTS) development at its Park Prague Airport logistics centre.
Segro buys EUR 43 mln logistics portfolio
EUROPE UK-based Segro has acquired a 68,800 sqm logistics portfolio, worth EUR 42.9 mln, from Standard Life Investments European Property Growth Fund through European Logistics Partnership (SELP), its 50/50 joint venture with Canadian pension fund Public Sector Pension Investment Board. The premises are located in the Czech Republic, France and Germany.
