POLAND Danish retail chain Jysk retail chain has signed a 40,500 sqm lease deal for warehouse and office (200 sqm) space in Logistic City – Piotrków Distribution Center.
Goodman Hungarian warehouses completely leased
HUNGARY Goodman has signed a new 7,700 sqm lease agreement with the Belgium-based automotive parts supplier Bosal for warehouse space in Goodman Kecskemét Logistics Center in central Hungary. With the latest deal, the real estate group’s local warehouse portfolio remain 100 pct leased.

P3: e-commerce to spur demand for CEE warehouses
CEE REGION Last year, P3 Logistic Parks has built seven new industrial facilities in Central and Eastern Europe, leased 144,552 sqm of commercial space and renegotiated 103,820 sqm lease agreements in the region. Now the company expects both the fast-growing e-commerce market and the overall economic recovery in Europe to become key drivers for its further CEE growth.
