Prologis takes over Budapest M1 Business Park
HUNGARY Prologis Targeted Europe Logistics Fund (PTELF) has acquired the app. 69,000 sqm M1 Business Park in Hungary owned by the Austrian developer CA Immo (a 51 pct stake) and Union Investment .
Panattoni to extend Faurecia Gorzów factory
POLAND Panattoni Europe has started the 12,000 sqm extension work on a factory in Gorzów for the automotive parts manufacturer Faurecia.

Segro gears up for DPD project
POLAND Construction work on a new BTS, 9,000 sqm warehouse in the 167,000 Segro Logistics Park Poznań in Komorniki is set to begin this spring. The new cross-dock terminal, which is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2015, will serve the logistics company DPD.

Record high warehouse supply in Russian regions
RUSSIA In 2014, app. 700,000 sqm of modern warehouse space was delivered across the Russian regions (all major markets excluding Moscow and St Petersburg), according to CBRE. The number marks the highest supply since 2009.

Things are going well – if warehousing is an economic indicator
POLAND According to JLL, new lease contracts for Polish warehousing space amounted to 1.4 mln sqm in 2014. The consultancy only took into account long-term contracts, that is, for more than two years. Last year developers were clearly following their clients and their needs. There were also a number of surprises, which attested to how well the market has been doing.
One mln sqm of new speculative space oversupplies Moscow I&L market
RUSSIA Around 71 pct, that is 1.1 mln sqm out of 1.6 mln sqm of industrial and logistics space completed on the Moscow warehouse market in 2014, was developed speculatively, according to CBRE.
