EUROPE Segro has confirmed that on June 30th the Segro European Logistics Partnership (SELP), of which it owns 50 pct, transacted the remaining EUR 185 mln of the EUR 472 mln portfolio acquisition from CCPIII (managed by Tristan Capital Partners) and EPISO (co-managed by Tristan Capital Partners and AEW Europe).
