Dachser leases Poznań warehouse

Things are going well – if warehousing is an economic indicator
POLAND According to JLL, new lease contracts for Polish warehousing space amounted to 1.4 mln sqm in 2014. The consultancy only took into account long-term contracts, that is, for more than two years. Last year developers were clearly following their clients and their needs. There were also a number of surprises, which attested to how well the market has been doing.
One mln sqm of new speculative space oversupplies Moscow I&L market
RUSSIA Around 71 pct, that is 1.1 mln sqm out of 1.6 mln sqm of industrial and logistics space completed on the Moscow warehouse market in 2014, was developed speculatively, according to CBRE.
