Łódź City Council has leased 23,000 sqm at University Business Park on ul. Wólczańska. The move, planned for late 2027 or early 2028, will bring together 34 city offices and departments, with around 1,500 employees based at the new headquarters.

Accor has signed a franchise agreement for the TRIBE Kraków Airport hotel. Located next to the airport terminal, the 170-room property is scheduled to open in 2030.

Budimex has begun reconstructing a more than 2-kilometre section of the I/43 road near Černá Hora in the Czech Republic. The CZK 250.2 mln contract (EUR 10.3 mln) covers the construction of a new road and two bridges.
