Bank Pekao has granted a loan of around EUR 25 mln to finance part of the Hillwood Poznań-Czempiń project – a hall with an area of nearly 54,000 sqm, which was delivered in 2025.

The M1 Czeladź shopping centre has expanded its tenant mix with the addition of a Worldbox store. New Yorker and Ochnik will also be moving to larger units.

Czech Republic Port7 sold to AFI

Skanska has sold the Port7 office complex in Prague's Holešovice district to AFI Group for CZK 3.16 bln (app. EUR 131 mln). The complex comprises three fully-leased office buildings with a total leasable area of 36,000 sqm as well as a plot for future development

Poland Rohlig stays in Bolero Office Point 1

Logistics operator Rohlig SUUS Logistics has extended its lease for 2,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw's Bolero Office Point 1 building. The property is part of Real Management's portfolio.

Czech Republic Warehousing still recovering

The industrial real estate market in the Czech Republic continues its recovery. After last year's downturn and a slower start to this year, the sector recorded strong growth in Q3 2025, with a total of 130,800 sqm of new space completed; bringing the total market size to almost 12.9 mln sqm, according to the latest study by Colliers.

Poland Panattoni builds in Białystok

Panattoni has started construction of Panattoni Park Białystok III. The 32,000 sqm project will be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Four tenants have already signed lease agreements.
