POLAND Xplan has been chosen to be the general contractor of the construction and fit-out work for the Enter office building, which is being developed on ul. Śląska in Gdynia.
The company will be responsible for the comprehensive construction of the office space for future tenants of the building, the developer of which is Ekolan. “We want to obtain an office area for our tenants with a high standard design and close attention to detail.
