Xplan brings Australian cuisine to life

Lange Projekt is responsible for the interior design work. The three level restaurant, which will serve Australian cuisine, has an interior that suggests the sand and heat of the Australian Outback, and has been finished with patinated steel and corrugated iron – elements also present in the chairs. Hand-made ceramic sinks have been installed in the toilets. The walls behind the bars have been laid with black and white tiles, while red brick imitation tiles feature in parts of the dining room. The floors and stairs have been lined with oak panels.
