Gdańsk’s CH Osowa shopping centre welcomed five new concepts in September and October, spanning gaming, collectibles, fashion and floristry. The new arrivals include a trading card vending machine, a gaming zone, a shop selling games and consoles, a florist and a women’s fashion boutique.

PORR has signed a contract worth around PLN 539 mln gross to build the first phase of a cargo and logistics facility for the US Air Force at Wrocław-Strachowice Airport. Commissioned by the Regional Infrastructure Management Board in Wrocław, the project is scheduled for completion by 2029.

Polish jewellery brand Ania Kruk has opened a 64.5 sqm store at Magnolia Park in Wrocław. The store offers everyday jewellery, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings and jewellery for piercings.

As many as 93 pct of organisations in Poland operate hybrid working models, while just 1 pct are fully remote, according to Colliers Define’s ‘Hybrid and Beyond ’26’ report. Companies are increasingly focusing on how they organise collaboration and use offices to build relationships, rather than increasing the number of days employees spend on site.

Ecologistics, the Czech arm of logistics company Goodcang Holdings, has signed a long-term lease for an entire 44,500 sqm warehouse at EQT Park Prague North in Lužec nad Vltavou, north of Prague. The 56,600 sqm complex is owned by EQT Real Estate and was developed by 7R.

Czech investment group RSJ and developer Na Jelenách have formed a strategic partnership to build a new residential district in southern Prague. The project will comprise around 5,500 rental homes for up to 16,000 residents, with a value exceeding CZK 50 bln.

Archicom, the residential developer subsidiary of Echo Group, has placed four-year bonds worth PLN 385 mln. Investor demand reached PLN 495 mln, equivalent to 128.6 pct of the issue value. The company secured financing at a margin of 240 basis points above six-month WIBOR, 85–100 basis points lower than the margins on the bond series being refinanced.

Twelve residential buildings comprising 982 apartments at Greenfield Băneasa in Bucharest have received BREEAM Excellent certification, following an assessment by BuildGreen on behalf of developer IMPACT Developer & Contractor.

Garbe Industrial has leased its 19,500 sqm logistics centre in Dissen, Lower Saxony, to Oval Group for fresh and chilled goods logistics from February 2027.

P3 Logistic Parks has taken over the management of a portfolio of logistics properties totalling around 650,000 sqm, bringing its Polish portfolio to 36 parks with a combined area of 2.7 mln sqm. The properties also offer potential for a further 1 mln sqm of development.

Tesco Technology Services Europe (TTSE) has leased more than 3,700 sqm of office space at Unity Square Two in Kraków, where it will occupy five floors. The move supports the company’s continued growth in Poland and strengthens Kraków’s position as a technology hub.

Linesa Investments is redeveloping the former Uniontex textile factory site in Łódź’s Księży Młyn district, creating new homes, retail and service units, public spaces and pedestrian routes.

Skanska has launched sales for the fourth stage of Modřanský cukrovar, its residential development on the Vltava river in Prague. The new stage will comprise 151 energy-efficient apartments and eight retail units. Construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2027, with completion expected in early 2029.

Affordable accommodation plays a role in where students choose to study. According to CBRE’s report 'Private Student Housing in Poland 2026: Price Is the Deciding Factor', 58.8 pct of students say access to affordable housing influenced their choice of university or a decision to change institutions. Meanwhile, 68.3 pct believe Poland’s student accommodation provision needs to improve, and 40.2 pct see a significant shortfall in supply.

AYA Properties Fund and Curtis Group have signed a 20-year lease with Numa for 56 serviced apartments at ul. Chmielna 13A in central Warsaw. The opening is planned for the first half of 2027 and will mark Numa’s entry into Poland.

Panattoni Park Bytom has been fully leased before construction is complete, with packaging supplier Grembox taking more than 33,000 sqm at the development. The complex will offer more than 132,000 sqm in total, and Grembox plans to begin operations at the new location in November 2027.

LemonTree has started construction of Stream Kraków by LemonTree, a warehouse and office development of nearly 30,000 sqm near Kraków Airport and the A4 motorway. The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027. Goldbeck has been appointed as the general contractor.

MSX Elektronika has leased more than 1,300 sqm of warehouse and office space at MLP Pruszków I. The contract electronics manufacturer will use the premises for device assembly and related production and logistics operations. Handover is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. A global e-commerce platform has leased a total of 88,000 sqm of warehouse space at two Logicor logistics parks in central Poland. The agreements cover 68,000 sqm at Logicor Stryków and 20,000 sqm at Logicor Łódź I. Announced on 13 October 2026, the transaction strengthens the tenant’s logistics infrastructure in one of the country’s key distribution regions.
ING Hubs Poland is officially moving into its new headquarters in The Form office building in Warsaw’s Wola business district. The more than 6,000 sqm of offices, designed by the MIXD architectural studio, are located on the former premises of the Dom Słowa Polskiego printing plant.
