Good sales for Victoria

POLAND Warsaw-based developer Victoria Dom has seen its highest ever sales with 509 apartments sold within the first nine months of the year up by 40 pct on the same period of last year.
The company’s management is aiming to sell app. 700 apartments over the entire year. In Q3 2016 Victoria Dom sold 261 apartments making a total of 509 sold over the first nine months of the year. Over the same period of the previous year only 365 homes were sold by the company. This year the developer has begun construction work on four new projects. The Osiedle Bravo estate in Warsaw’s Wola district will offer 167 apartments. The Osiedle Viva Garden III estate in Białołęka will comprise
