Unimax Development pushes through in Warsaw

POLAND The Unimax Development has launched sales of 177 apartments in two projects.
A total of 84 apartments are to be constructed with completion scheduled for mid-2018 on the Osiedle Piecyka estate in Warsaw’s Targówek district. The apartments will range in size from 28 sqm to 80 sqm with prices starting from PLN 5,900 per sqm. The second project – the Przy Lesie III estate – is being developed on ul. Korkowa in Warsaw’s Wawer district. A four-storey building is to be built with 93 apartments ranging from 32 sqm to 102 sqm. The minimum price is PLN 5,900 per sqm. The
