Two contractors, one estate

POLAND Eiffage and Budimex have been chosen as the contractors of the first stage of the Nowa 5 Dzielnica estate in Kraków.
Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii (CNT), the developer of the project, has obtained the final building permit for the first stage of an estate at ul. Wrocławska 53. The general contractor of buildings A2 and A3 including underground car parks will be a consortium of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo and Eiffage Polska Serwis. The building site is to be handed over to the contractor on January 16th, with the construction work scheduled to finish the project in May 2018 and to obtain the final occupancy
