No can do for Marvipol investment in Soho

POLAND Marvipol has broken off negotiations with Soho Development to buy a stake in the company.
“Marvipol has withdrawn from the deal due to a lack of consensus in regard to the price and other crucial terms to the deal,” announced Marvipol. “We remain interested in actively participating in the consolidation of the developer market. However, at present we are not negotiating any merger & acquisition deals in the developer market,” stated Mariusz Książek, the president of Marvipol.
