POLAND Rockcastle, the investor behind the Platan shopping centre in Zabrze, has commissioned CFE to be the general contractor for extension work on the mall.
The initial preparation work has begun, including the removal of the car park area and the foundation work for the new section. The extensive renovation of toilets has been completed and they should be put back into operation soon, while improvements have been made to the water and sewage system, the escape routes are ready and a new, temporary entrance to the shopping centre has been provided.
