Łódź fourth best European warehouse location

POLAND The Łódź region has been ranked the fourth best warehouse market in Europe by the Prologis Europe development and the Eyefortransport think tank.
The ranking was based on a survey conducted among European logistics operators across Europe. The respondents were asked to assess infrastructure, proximity to customers/suppliers and to economic centres, labour availability and operating costs.
Two Dutch markets topped the ranking: Venlo and Rotterdam while the Antwerp-Brussels Corridor (Belgium) came third. Dusseldorf - Rhein Ruhr came fifth and Kraków was ranked tenth and was the only CEE city beside Łódź in the European top ten.
