A 42,000 sqm warehouse with office and social space is to be built in the complex. The office section will have three floors and about 6,000 sqm. The warehouse section will have a mezzanine of about 10,000 sqm and a load-bearing capacity of 2 tonnes per sqm. The contract also includes a reconstruction of the lorry terminal. The work is scheduled to be completed in Q4 of this year.
