First stage of Nova Królikarnia complete

The first stage comprises 51 superior standard apartments, 26 apartments in urban villas and 21 terraced houses. The development also includes eight retail units. Out of the 98 homes in the first stage, 80 have already been sold. “Nova Królikarnia is a unique project with a park and a large pond within its grounds. It is an ideal place to relax, close to the centre yet at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city,” says Andrzej Gutowski, the director of sales and marketing at Ronson Development. The second stage of the estate will comprise a total of 73 town apartments, more than 70 pct of which have already been sold. Apartment prices start at PLN 10,500 per sqm and completion is planned for H1 2019. Ronson Development intends to start work on the third stage of the project this year and currently an access road is under construction. The project is being developed with assistance from the city of Warsaw and Skanska acting as general contractor.
