EUROBUILD CEE Over the past month it has very much been Warsaw that has dominated the news of the month, but the story that generated the most hits was:
1. German investor TAG Immobilien is to buy the commercial real estate business of Vantage Development, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
2. The second most popular story was a summary of Ghelamco’s latest achievments including its sale of the Warsaw Spire tower and a 20,000 sqm lease it signed with Warta for space in its Warsaw Unit project.
