POLAND It’s been ten years since the first Eurobuild Awards gala and to celebrate, this year’s event included the presentation of special awards for those who have made the greatest impact on the market over the last decade.

The statuettes were awarded to:
Ghelamco Poland for Office Developer of the Decade, Poland. The runners up were Skanska Property Poland and Echo Investment.
Panattoni Europe for Warehouse Developer of the Decade, CEE. Prologis came second and Segro Poland was third.
Atrium Poland Real Estate Management for Retail Developer of the Decade, Poland. The winner was closely followed by Echo Investment and Globe Trade Center.
