Warsaw Unit tries Well

POLAND Ghelamco has applied for WELL certification for its Warsaw Unit office tower under development in Warsaw's Wola district and should be the first skyscraper in Poland to be awarded the certificate in its latest WELL v2 Core version.
“We are very happy that Ghelamco has decided to apply for the latest WELL v2 version of the certificate. It is an ambitious undertaking, but we are sure that the project team which has recently won at the BREEAM Awards 2019 for its Wronia 31 project will meet the challenge,” says Daniel Hojniak from Sweco, the advisor that has been entrusted with the certification.
