1.The new year top five this week is headed by Reino’s purchase of Malta House in Poznań.
2.The second story is Vastint’s K2 office project in Gdynia for which it has appointed KFE as general contractor.
3.First property Group has announced it is selling Intraco II but will not say to whom. 
4.Neonica has also sold a 1.65 ha plot in Łódź.
5.And finally AEW has announced its preliminary results for the year.
