HUNGARY Erste Real Estate has acquired the second phase of the Advance Tower office complex on Váci út in Budapest from Futureal Group.
Last year the company bought the 12,100 sqm first phase. Now, after this latest transaction, the entire 20,000 sqm building is owned by Erste.
