Erste buys all of Advance Tower

HUNGARY Erste Real Estate has acquired the second phase of the Advance Tower office complex on Váci út in Budapest from Futureal Group.
Last year the company bought the 12,100 sqm first phase. Kraków’s office market saw a sharp drop in tenant activity in the first half of 2026, while the gap between central and non-central locations continued to widen. Gross take-up fell 58 pct year on year to 73,000 sqm, while net take-up dropped 27 pct to 36,000 sqm, according to Axi Immo’s latest report.

Developers are becoming more confident about the residential market after a strong July, according to the latest Developer Sentiment Index from housing portal Tabelaofert. The Sales Momentum Change Index rose to 0.53 in August, its highest level this year, while 57.5 pct of developers surveyed now expect sales to increase over the coming months.
