Warehouse deals dominated the top spots when looking back at last month’s stories, but three office deals also turned out to pique our readers’ interest.
1.
Despite all Donald Trump’s trade warring-rhetoric, the number one spot was taken by a Chinese investor buying up a property occupied by a US online retailer – otherwise known as Amazon.
2. A US player is also involved in our second story, but this time it is known as Madison. South African REIT Redefine is to sell it a stake in the ELI warehouse platform.
