Last week's top five: Takeover week!

1/ Firstly Ares Management with Griffin have finalised their takeover of Murapol, but they’re being tight-lipped and won’t tell us how much they’ve shelled out.



2/ Secondly, not content to allow someone else to steal all the takeover limelight Cordia has announced a mandatory offer for the remaining shares in Polnord.
