The Green Caffè Nero coffee shop chain has relocated its offices to the Saski Crescent building in central Warsaw. The company has taken up 960 sqm.

The NSF VI fund, managed by Urban Partners, has signed a forward funding agreement with Cavare, a subsidiary of the Cavatina Group. The financing includes the purchase of a site on ul. Jana z Kolna in Gdańsk, where Cavare is to develop a PRS development on behalf of the fund.

International engineering firm Hoerbiger has leased nearly 200 sqm of office space in SOHO by Yareal in Warsaw on the ground floor of the Rubin building. The company is to officially move in in May this year.

Ingram Micro, one of the leading global distributors of IT solutions and mobile devices, has renewed its lease at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre, for around 8,200 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. The deal was brokered by CBRE.

Panattoni has signed an agreement with a new tenant for its urban development in Łódź. Olmed, which operates a pharmacy and online drugstore, has taken up 9,500 sqm of space in City Logistics Łódź VI.

Kajima Properties Europe (KPE) has broken ground on a new logistics project in Germany, a 40,000 sqm speculative warehouse development. The business acquired the 12.1 ha remediated brownfield site in Hagen near Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, in December 2025.

IT provider Schibsted & Vend Polska has extended its lease for 2,500 sqm of office space at the High5ive complex in Kraków. Advisory support during the renegotiations was provided to the tenant by Walter Herz.

Develia, under a joint venture agreement with Mosaic Poland Holding, will build a student residence with over 620 rooms, commercial premises, and supporting amenities.

GTC, a leading investor and manager of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, has leased more than 6,000 sqm of office space to insurance provider UNIQA. The company is to move into the Centerpoint 3 building in Budapest’s business district in Q4 2026.

2025 was a year of recovery for the Polish warehouse market. Total gross leasing activity reached over 6.8 mln sqm, the second-highest ever figure only surpassed by the figures from 2021. JLL has released its 2025 data for the warehouse and logistics real estate sector in Poland.

Hines has sold the Wola Center office complex in Warsaw to Czech-based Trigea Fund. The property was previously held by Hines European Value Fund 1.

Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) marked a decisive turning point in 2025, moving from hesitation to execution as investment volumes surged to EUR 11.6 bln across the region’s six core markets, a 31 pct year-on-year increase according to the latest insights from Colliers. The rebound was driven by disciplined underwriting, stabilising pricing and the return of liquidity — increasingly led by domestic and regional investors.
