Office rental rates are predicted to rise soon

POLAND The office market is preparing itself for a shortfall in new supply and tenants are gearing themselves increased rents. They are also beginning to plan their relocations several years in advance.
These were the main conclusions of the office market panel at the Investment Market Conference held by Eurobuild in the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw on February 27th. The panel moderated by Tomasz Puch from JLL al agreed that Poland will soon see a gap between the supply and demand for office space. “The shortfall that awaits us in 2021-22 means that the largest companies – provided they are still growing and considering moving to larger offices – are looking for space in developments
