Green House Development is launching pre-sales of suites at Wave Ustka Thermal & Spa, the third development under the Wave brand on the Polish coast, located around a ten-minute walk from the centre of Ustka and around 120 km from the Tricity area.

PSN has completed the acquisition of an office building at Botanická 56 in the Brno-Veveří district. Existing tenancy agreements will remain unchanged, with Aquatis, part of the industrial group Safichem Group, continuing as a key tenant.

Machine vision technology company Basler has leased 330 sqm of office space at Lubicz Park in Kraków, from Globalworth. The tenant was represented by Knight Frank.
Warehouse & industrial
7R has launched construction on 7R Park Szczecin South, a two-building centre that will eventually comprise around 29,000 sqm. The sole tenant of the first building will be e-commerce logistics operator Procent Poland, with a lease of 23,000 sqm. The second smaller building of the complex will have an area of around 5,000 sqm.

Squarebizz Business Center Bory has achieved BREEAM In-Use ‘Excellent’ rating for asset performance with an overall score of 75.1 pct, putting it in the top five facilities in Slovakia. The owner and developer of the industrial and business park is Karimpol.

Austrian construction group Porr has been rolling out its Porr Healthcare division across the markets it is active in, including Poland. The division specialises in the construction of healthcare facilities.

GN, a Danish manufacturer of audio and communications technology, has leased more than 30,000 sqm at Panattoni Business Park Kladno.

Antczak Group has completed the construction of a 13,500 sqm logistics and warehouse complex for food producer Maspex in Tychy in Silesia.

Dutch real estate group Van der Vorm is expanding into a new business line in Poland focused on asset-backed real estate financing. The group's first transaction of this kind on the Polish market was a bridge loan of approximately PLN 13 mln granted to a real estate developer. KWKR advised Van der Vorm on the structuring and closing of the transaction.

Polish State Railways (PKP) has launched a tender to appoint a contractor to build a new railway station in Łapy, with bids due by 28 August. Construction is scheduled to get underway in the fourth quarter of this year, with the station expected to open by the end of 2027.

Construction work om Moderna Holding’s Spot development in Sopot has now reached ground level, marking the completion of the main underground works. The project is also bringing changes to the surrounding area, with the road layout on Aleja Niepodległości already having been altered and further improvements planned around the site.

Work is progressing on the High-Speed Rail (KDP) tunnel in Łódź, part of the Port Polska project. At the launch chamber in Retkinia, the concrete support for the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) shield has been completed, while the first components of the machine are being assembled on site. Tunnelling on one of Poland’s most important underground railway projects is due to begin in 2027.

Penta Real Estate has acquired a 50 pct stake in HoldCo Bubny, a company with land holdings int the Bubny–Zátory development area in Prague, which is to be redeveloped into a vibrant new mixed-use district in Prague. A total of 27 residential blocks with 10,000 new homes are planned in a projected investment of around EUR 3.7 bln.

The Grand department store in Pardubice has achieved an Excellent rating under the internationally recognised BREEAM In-Use sustainability certification.
Retail & leisure
Finarto Investments has appointed Allcon as the general contractor for Park Kaszuby, a new retail park in Wejherowo. The construction site is due to be handed over and work is scheduled to begin in August 2026. The project will offer 13,000 sqm of leasable space, 17 retail units and 324 parking spaces. The park is scheduled to open in November 2027.

In the first half of 2026, Poland’s modern retail stock grew by more than 200,000 sqm, bringing the total to over 14 million sqm at the end of June. According to real estate advisory firm Colliers, the number of operating retail schemes rose to 738, while retail density reached 374 sqm per 1,000 residents.
ING Hubs Poland is officially moving into its new headquarters in The Form office building in Warsaw’s Wola business district. The more than 6,000 sqm of offices, designed by the MIXD architectural studio, are located on the former premises of the Dom Słowa Polskiego printing plant.
The Wiedeńska Town House in the centre of Poznań, which dates back to the early 20th century, has been renovated and converted into a food hall with interiors by Biuro Kreacja and M19 Architekci.
CPI Property Group has completed the modernisation of the lobby of the Eurocentrum-Alfa building, part of Warsaw's Eurocentrum Office Complex on Al. Jerozolimskie.

Viterra has moved into its new 1,500 sqm offices in Olivia Prime, part of the Olivia Centre business complex in Gdańsk. The Design Anatomy studio is responsible for the design of the space.
Designers from Colliers, under the supervision of architect Kateřina Štenclova, prepared the concept for the Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Prague. The elegant shapes, luxurious accessories and modern materials are reminiscent of those found in the brand's cars. The company's office is located in the Anděl 17 building in the Prague 5 district.
CA Immo is embarking on the modernisation of the Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw. The entire renovation is expected to be completed in 2024, and a showroom will open in the building as early as March to help demonstrate the building's space development options.
