1,100 homes to be built in Poznań

Almost 290 apartments are to be built in five buildings with access roads and utilities. The contract is worth around PLN 56.8 mln and the project has a grant from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego worth PLN 22 mln. The project is to develop the site of a former German barracks. Eleven of the original buildings have now been demolished and around 80 families have been relocated to other accommodation.
