This month we welcome back our Top 5 feature – each month we will publish lists of the five most popular articles in Polish and English. The English version of the February Top 5 was dominated by acquisitions, but coming out on top was our article on... the Polish media protest.
5th place. The Top Five opens with the news about Swedish fund manager EQT’s bid to take over US real estate investment manager Exeter Property Group. which owns warehouse portfolios in Poland and elsewhere. The transaction is waiting for the approval of the Polish anti-trust body.
4th place. Another news item that generated great interest was the resignation of Immofinanz’s CEO. Ronny Pecik has also signed an agreement to sell his stake in the Austrian real estate investor.
3rd place.
