5th place. The ranking opens with news from the CEE region. CPI Property Group and its partners have launched a bid to buy the entire share capital of Globalworth.

4th place. News from Warsaw was also very popular in April, as could be seen with the clicks given to: Hungarian investor buys four office buildings in the Polish capital from Immofinanz.

3rd place. You were also very keen to find out about new ways of doing business in warehouse sector.

2nd place. HB Reavis’ project has made its way into our ranking for the third time in a row! By now everyone must know that Varso Tower has become the EU's tallest building.

1st place. The most popular article in April was our interview with Magdalena Kowalewska of Immofinanz on the company’s entry into the flexible office sector. Clearly, this is an article that has flex appeal!
