What can you read in the November issue of Eurobuild? Here are the editor-in-chief's recommendations:

The number one topic in the issue is the warehouse and logistics segment, which can hardly complain about bad luck, at least when compared to other sectors. We look into how manufacturing companies have risen to become among the most important occupiers of warehouse space tenants in recent months, and we also ask another group of key clients in the sector – the largest logistics firms – about the big box of their dreams. In addition to all this, we take a look at how much truth there is in what people have been saying about a potential collapse of the construction market and whether things could turn around, while Baker McKenzie writes about how a generative AI-driven digital transformation is set to revolutionise investment and real estate asset management models. We also share some great recent memories and photos – from our warehouse conference and from Expo Real – while our special correspondent will be taking you on a photo tour of The Bridge office building now under construction in Warsaw.
