The DRFG Investment Group, with the strategic support of TriGranit, has acquired the Signum Work Station office building in Warsaw, with a leasable area of approx. 32,500 sqm.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate has re-let one of its existing properties in Norderstedt. A retailer will use the property with a total area of around 26,200 sqm for the handling and storage of goods.

Prologis begins construction of a BTS warehouse for logistics company DP World. Prologis Park Łódź with an area of over 41,500 sqm will serve as a modern distribution centre for the Dell Technologies factory in Łódź.

CTP has agreed to a EUR 155 mln deal to acquire an industrial site spanning over 830,000 sqm in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia. The seller is Vallourec, a manufacturer of pipe systems.

Skanska has commenced construction on the second building of the H2Offices complex in Budapest. The eight-story structure will offer about 22,000 sqm of leasable space.
Hotels
The first The Cloud One Hotel in Warsaw is set to open in the Upper One complex, offering over 360 rooms.

Panattoni has finalized the sale of two industrial parks – Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III and Panattoni Park Kraków East II – to an international investor specializing in commercial real estate as its entry to Poland. The total transaction value reached about EUR 70 mln.

Advisory firm Deloitte has decided to expand its office space at Wrocław's Renoma by more than 600 sqm. The building will become the company's sole office location in Lower Silesia.

Reckitt Benckiser has chosen to consolidate its group companies in Ghelamco's Vibe. The company leased about 8,000 sqm of office space, becoming the largest tenant in the building.

A new retail park with a total area of 24,000 sqm is set to be developed in Otwock under the name Świderek. The investment will be led by Redkom Development.

7R has finalized the sale of its low-emission warehouse, part of the Green Saver line, located in Kąty Wrocławskie, Poland. The buyer is EQT Exeter, a leading global investor and manager of commercial properties.

Mercedes-Benz will build an industrial park in Jawor. This is another investment of the company in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone ‘Invest-Park’.
Residential
Nearly 1,500 flats in six stages will be built in Wrocław as part of the Apartamenty Krakowska project being developed by Robyg on land adjacent to the Haase brewery buildings.

Gdynia City Logistics, an investment by Torus Logistics and BTV, has been granted an occupancy permit. The logistics and office centre offers approx. 21,700 sqm of warehouse space and 1,500 sqm of offices

Empik has opened a flagship store in the revitalised former Cepelia pavilion in the centre of Warsaw. Neglected for years, the modernist building has regained its former glory and once again impresses with its original appearance and modern interior.

The Form office building, an investment developed by Lincoln Property Company in Warsaw's Wola district, has obtained a permit for use. The building located at the intersection of ul. Pańska and ul. Miedziana, offers over 30,900 sqm of space on nine storeys, including over 28,300 sqm of office space and 2,600 sqm of service and retail space on the ground floor.

Summus Capital has strengthened its presence in Poland with the acquisition of the Lakeside office building in Warsaw. The transaction, valued at EUR 61.9 mln, was conducted in collaboration with Atenor.

Since August 1st, some important changes have taken place in Eurobuild's editorial team. Nathan North and Anna Korólczyk Lewandowska have expanded their responsibilities, taking over the reins from Tomasz Cudowski, the magazine's long-time editor-in-chief.
The summer (July-August) issue of 'Eurobuild' has now been published. The magazine is, as usual, full of interesting articles and expert analyses, and should help to further fuel the confidence of the entire real estate sector!
The final issue of the magazine before the summer holidays has just hit the shelves and the internet! On its pages you can read all about unconventional ways to conquer the warehouse business, methods to improve your professional status in hard times, as well as the Ukrainian real estate market, where properties are still being built, sold and rented despite the continued bombing of the country.

The March edition of our monthly has been released – the magazine is available online and in a paper version, which will be also delivered to guests of the MIPIM fair in Cannes in a week.
The Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use complex in Warsaw is the only development in the CEE region to have made it through to the finals of this year's MIPIM Awards. The complex, which has been nominated in the "Best Urban Regeneration Project" category, was designed by the APA Wojciechowski studio and developed by White Star Real Estate. The winners of all the categories are to be announced on March 14th during the awards ceremony at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
