Secure Property buys Romanian and Bulgarian portfolio
ROMANIA/ BULGARIA Secure Property Development & Investment, a Cyprus-based SEE-focused real estate investment company is acquiring a series of retail, residential and office assets across Romania and Bulgaria.
Panattoni completes 14,000 sqm BTO distribution centre
POLAND Panattoni has finished the construction work on a 13,966 sqm build-to-own (BTO) distribution centre commissioned by one of “the top global freight forwarders” in Stryków near Łódź.
Robyg redeems bonds
POLAND The Robyg group is to prematurely redeem some of J-series bonds secured by the mortgage on a property owned by Robyg Mokotów Investment (a company set up to carry out a residential project on a plot between ul. Puławska and al. Wilanowska).

Puro hotel to open in central Warsaw
POLAND The fifth hotel of the Puro chain in Poland is to be opened in Warsaw. The developer has bought a tenement building at ul. Widok 5/7/9 for the project. The chain has also secured a plot in Gdańsk’s Old Town, at ul. Stągiewna 23 on Spichrzów Island, next to the existing Puro Hotel Gdańsk, the opening of which was celebrated on May 8th.
Polnord looking to find buyers for 1,500 apartments in 2015
POLAND In Q1 the Polnord group generated revenue of PLN 66.3 mln (PLN 37.05 mln in Q1 2014) and a net profit of PLN 1.3 mln (PLN 0.42 in the same period last year). In its financial results the group also reported that it concluded 346 sales agreements, handing over 254 apartments to clients.

Blue Media finds rooms with a view onto Sopot pier
POLAND Blue Media, a supplier of electronic transactions software and on-line sales support, has chosen Dom Zdrojowy in Sopot for its new headquarters. The offices of the company will occupy three out of the six floors of the building. Xplan is responsible for the implementation of the interior design of the 850 sqm leased by Blue Media.

Capital Park to develop PLN 50 mln hotel project in Gdańsk
POLAND VHM Hotel Management has signed a lease with Capital Park for the use of townhouses on ul. Piwna and ul. Długa in Gdańsk’s historic quarter.
Orbis to sell off two properties
POLAND Orbis has signed a preliminary agreement to sell two hotels. The total value of the transaction could reach PLN 21.5 mln.

Urban advertising law reformed
POLAND Polish President Bronisław Komorowski has signed into law the landscape act, which was passed by the Polish parliament at the end of April. The new adopted regulations are intended to clarify the issue of the presence of adverts in public space.
FastBooking under Orbis’ wing
WORLD Accor has taken over FastBooking, a supplier of digital services for the hotel industry, which provides support to almost 4,000 locations across Europe and Asia every day.
