New logistics demand to come from Eastern and Southern Europe
EUROPE Although Western European economies, including the UK and Germany, accounted for 54 pct of the total European logistics property investment across the continent last year, their dominance may soon change as currently nine out of Europe's top ten countries for GDP growth forecasts are located in eastern and southern parts of the continent, according to Savills.
