POLAND Swedish clothing retailer H&M is set to be open a two-level 1,860 sqm store in the Galeria A2 shopping centre that is currently being developed on ul. Głogowska in Poznań. The property is scheduled to open in November.

Ghelamco signs another Warsaw Spire tenant
POLAND Ghelamco Poland has signed a lease deal with Benefit Systems for the office space in the Warsaw Spire’s C building where the company will take up four floors. The new tenant is set to move into the three-building office complex at the end of 2015 or in early 2016.

POLAND RGR Developer is building Osiedle Tęczowe, a 500-unit residential estate located on a 15-ha plot in Dachowa near Poznań. The project involves the construction of apartments as well as semi-detached, terraced and four-apartment houses.

Chiesi to move into Eurocentrum
POLAND In June, a new tenant will move into the Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw. The Italian pharmaceutical company Chiesi is set to run its Polish headquarters on 750 sqm of space located on the building’s 12th floor. The contract was signed for five years.
Kleba Invest to develop Białogard project
