Metrostav wins biggest ever one-stage residential contract
CZECH REPUBLIC Central Group has chosen Metrostav to construct the Residence Garden Towers estate in what is claims is the largest tender for a residential project in the Czech history. The contract is worth more than CZK 2 bln (app. EUR 72 mln).
AMW sells 38 ha military plot in Ciechanów
POLAND Polish Military Property Agency (AMW) has put up for sale a 37.7 ha land plot in Ciechanów. Located on ul. Wojska Polska, app. 1.5 km from the city centre, the plot is packed with 84 military buildings.

POLAND Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has decided to open a five-star Radisson Blu Resort in Świnoujście as part of the Baltic Park Molo complex, developed by Zdrojowa Invest. This will be the first Radisson Blu Resort-branded hotel in Poland.
