CEE office yields harden in H1 2014

Klépierre builds multibillion retail empire

EUROPE Paris-listed pan-European shopping centre operator Klépierre is set to acquire the Netherlands-based retail group Corio for EUR 7.2 bln. The move comes as Klépierre, which owns assets worth EUR 14 bln, aims to strengthen its position on the market and become Europe’s “leading pure-play retail property company.”
