ROMANIA New Europe Property Investments has announced in its half yearly results that it is to buy a 42,000 sqm shopping centre in Deva. The acquisition includes app. 2.9 ha of additional land intended for extensions. The main tenants include Metro Cash & Carry, a Real Hypermarket, Praktiker, DM, Domo, Jysk and Takko. The transaction is subject to approval by the Romanian Competition Council.
