US tobacco sector engineers now leasing 15,000 sqm in Stryków
POLAND US-owned tobacco industry engineering company SWM Poland has increased its warehouse space at Segro Logistics Park Stryków by leasing an additional 4,200 sqm.
Unibep to finish off Zeppelin construction
RUSSIA Construction company Unibep will build the facade and perform finishing work in the Zeppelin office building, a part of the Airport City Sankt Petersburg complex at the Pulkovo Airport in St Petersburg. The contractor, hired by Zao Avielen, is set to fulfill the deal by Q2 2015.

POLAND CityFit, a new 24/7 fitness club chain created specifically for the Polish market by a London-based private equity fund, has launched its first, 1,500 sqm gym. The company plans on opening 50 variously-sized clubs in a total investment of PLN 100 mln over the next three years.
