Romanian industrial leasing activity rises
ROMANIA Total leasing activity in 2013 for the industrial market was of over 250,000 sqm, up 82 pct on 2012 and only slightly down (-3 pct) on 2011, according to CBRE.
Bulgarian industrial market stable
BULGARIA The supply of modern industrial space in Sofia was up by 9.6 pct y-o-y in Q4 2013 to 796,000 sqm, according to the ‘Bulgarian Industrial Property Market ’ report from Forton, a company affiliated with Cushman & Wakefield.
