POLAND Skanska has signed a contract with the water and sewage corporation in Oborniki [Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Obornikach] to extend the Oborniki Centrum Rekreacji recreational centre in the town.

POLAND Screw producer Ferdinand Gross has leased an area of app. 2,500 sqm in Segro Industrial Park Wrocław, where the company is to set up its main warehouse and distribution centre.
POLAND Polimex-Mostostal has signed a conditional agreement for the sale of the right of perpetual usufruct to a property at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (the location of the company’s head office) to PKO TFI subsidiary Molina.
