POLAND BBI Development subsidiary Realty 3 Management Projekt Developerski 6 S.K.A has obtained a building permit for the Spirit of Praga residential building, which is to be developed as part of the Centrum Praskie Koneser project on ul. Ząbkowska in Warsaw’s Praga district.

CZECH REPUBLIC Česká spořitelna and Erste Bank have provided a loan of EUR 3.63 mln to PointPark Properties to finance a logistics hub for international courier DHL Express in PointPark Prague D8.
Prague office market on the march
CZECH REPUBLIC Office take-up in Q4 2013 amounted to 81,000 sqm – an increase of 54 pct on the previous quarter and 12 pct y-o-y, according to the Prague Research Forum.
