CBRE changes floors in Rondo 1
POLAND CBRE is to move its head office from the 12th floor of The Rondo 1 building in Warsaw to the 24th floor and is to occupy 1,400 sqm, app. twice the size of its previous office.
Prime rents increasing
EMEA REGION In the third quarter, prime rents in the industrial and logistic sector increased by 0.64 pct across the region, according to the latest MarketView report by CBRE Global Research and Consulting.
PLN 6.50 per share for Capital Park
