EBRD considering EUR 14.2 mln loan for Plovdiv infrastructure
BULGARIA The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is considering supporting road rehabilitation and construction work for four city boulevards in Plovdiv with a long term investment loan of EUR 14.2 mln.
