UKRAINE Liko-Holding is to build the Happy Mall shopping centre in Kyiv. The 45,000 sqm shopping centre is to be developed in the Goloseevskiy district, on ulitsa Trutenko. Its opening is planned for Q1 2014.
Strus signs franchise agreement with Orbis
POLAND The Orbis hotel group has signed a franchise agreement for a three-star hotel, which is to be built in Galeria Jurowiecka at the junction of Al. Piłsudskiego and ul. Sienkiewicza in Białystok.

POLAND Robyg subsidiary Robyg Osiedle Królewskie has concluded a preliminary contract with Carrefour Polska, to purchase of an app. 4 ha plot on Al. Rzeczypospolitej in Warsaw for PLN 29.9 mln net.

CBRE posts results
WORLD CBRE has reported its results for Q3 2012. Total revenue rose 1 pct to USD 1.56 bln compared to USD 1.53 bln in Q3 2011. Net income came in at USD 83.6 million, up by 8 pct on USD 77.7 million in Q3 2011.
NAM to build five retail parks
