Poland Register now for bieg na szczyt
On March 28th, the fourteenth Bieg na Szczyt is to be held at the Rondo 1 office building in Warsaw. Tower runners will have 38 floors to conquer, while all proceeds raised from the event will go to supporting the SOS Children's Village in Kraśnik.

Logistics operator MBS Logistik has extended its lease with Garbe Industrial for around 7,000 sqm of space in the Port of Regensburg. The warehouse is used for the storage, picking, and shipping of goods for industrial and commercial clients.

PKB Inwest Budowa has obtained a final construction permit for a retail park on ul. Chrzanowskiego in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.

Poland Oleśnica railway station restored
The reconstruction of the historic Oleśnica railway station, dating back to 1868, is nearing completion. A dedicated passenger area has been created, and the ticket office has been relocated.

Lithuanian chain iLunch has opened its first Polish restaurant in the Olivia Centre in Gdańsk. iLunch is a concept with fully automated ordering of the dishes, which are prepared on-site and delivered in less than two minutes.

Poland Work begins on Liberty Tower
Construction of the Liberty Tower apartment building has begun in the centre of Warsaw, at ul. Grzybowska 54. The building will have 43 storeys and a height of 140m with 587 units ranging in size from 26 to 124 sqm.

The second and final stage of the Studio project, the Studio A office building has received its occupancy permit and over 20,000 sqm has already been leased.

Flexible office space provider Mindspace has signed a long-term lease with Karimpol Polska for nearly 4,500 sqm in the second building of the Skyliner complex on Rondo Daszyńskiego.

LivUp, a company operating in the Polish PRS market, has begun renovations to the building at ul. Moniuszki 8 in Warsaw, converting the building that once housed the Café Adria dancehall and restaurant into rental apartments.
