POLAND DL City Zgorzelec in Czech hands
DL Invest Group has finalised the sale of the DL City shopping centre in Zgorzelec in Lower Silesia to an undisclosed fund based in Prague. Although the value of the transaction has not been disclosed, Eurobuild has discovered that the return on equity of the transaction is 253 pct and the return on the investment comes to as much as 63 pct.

Italian asset and fund manager Generali Real Estate has acquired 7R Park Gdańsk II in Gdańsk-Kowale on behalf of its pan-European Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund (GRELF) from Polish industrial developer 7R for an undisclosed sum.
