POLAND Mirbud has received a letter of intent from Immo SI Polska (owned by Schiever International) to construct a Bi1 hypermarket and a petrol station for the the Karuzela project on ul. Przemysłowa in Ełk (around 100 km north of Białystok).

EUROPE The hotel occupancy in European hotels fell in February by 1.8 pct to 63.6 pct, according to STR. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) decreased by 0.6 pct to EUR 64.68.
