Value-add investors could focus on transport and storage, mainly in Poland, Czech Republic and Romania, while redevelopments and new developments are the main routes to higher returns, according to the international real estate advisor.

Warsaw office vacancy hits bottom

POLAND The vacancy rate in Warsaw office market has dropped to 8.7 pct, the market's lowest since 2012 according to figures from JLL. The vacancy rate in the city’s centre now stands at 5.4 pct, which means that the availability of space in existing developments is extremely limited.
