Investment in Europe to stay sky high
EUROPE European commercial real estate investment volumes are forecast to reach EUR 230 bln by the end of the year, according to the latest research by Savills.

WORLD Net sales at Inditex rose 3 pct last year to top EUR 26 bln. Revenue from online sales increased by 27 pct to EUR 3.2 bln with online net profit rose by 2 pct to EUR 3.44 bln.

First hotel from Budnex
POLAND Gorzów Wielkopolski-based Budnex has completed the development of its first hotel: the three-star Bulvar, which has been built close to Gorzów cathedral. Bulvar, which will start welcoming guests this March, is situated among nineteenth-century townhouses along ul. Łużycka.
